Auction coin: 2006, Ukraine, 5 Hryven, a commemorative issue: „Vernadsky Antarctic Station”.

  Features: special uncirculated,  composition: nickel silver, diameter-35.0 mm, weight: 16.5 g. Mintage of 60,000 pcs. Mint: Kyiv,Ukraine.

  Obverse: the Ukrainian flag flying on a vertical stock; beneath there is the Academician Vernadsky antarctic station and the inscription: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК (National Bank) (right and in semicircle); below there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine under which there are the inscriptions: УКРАЇНА/ 5/ГРИВЕНЬ; 2006 (Ukraine/ 5/ hryvnia/ 2006).   Reverse: the contours of Antarctica and inscription 10 РОКІВ (10 YEARS). In the center of the zero cipher there is an asterisk showing geographical location of the Station. There are also the semi-circular inscriptions: АНТАРКТИЧНА СТАНЦІЯ (ANTARCTIC STATION) to the right above, and АКАДЕМІК ВЕРНАДСЬКИЙ (ACADEMICIAN VERNADSKYI) to the left below.  Edge: corrugated.

   Auction coin are shipped on the next working  days after receiving the complete payment. Careful packing and sending on time are my priorities.

    I am happy to post items overseas and am willing to combine postage for multiple lots.  If you purchased several stamps-coins, please wait for a combined invoice before you pay – You pay only for one shipment .

    On the day of shipping the buyer  will receive by e-mail a photos of the shipment (wrapped auction coin, addressed envelope), a photograph of the post office receipt and tracking number.
